Privacy for early access

Last updated October 30, 2026.

Who runs this site

Foxfire Digital operates Crema’s early-access website. For questions, corrections or deletion requests, email [email protected].

What you choose to share

The form asks for your name and email, your interest in Crema, and optional business, marketplace and workflow details. We record your consent and the request date. Do not send store credentials, customer lists or sensitive production data.

How we use it

We use requests to respond about a demo, release or hosted pilot. Submitting does not create a hosted instance, start a subscription or authorize a charge. Requests are kept in a private administrator area and the contact details are encrypted in storage using this site’s keys.

Service providers and logs

The website runs on Foxfire Digital infrastructure, with Cloudflare providing DNS, encrypted traffic delivery and security. Those services may process IP addresses and request metadata for delivery and security. The form uses short-lived, keyed hashes for request limits. This launch does not use advertising trackers, third-party marketing lists or payment processors. WordPress administrators may use necessary sign-in cookies.

Access and deletion

Only site administrators can read requests. You may ask to see, correct or delete your request, or stop follow-up. We keep requests while early-access conversations are active and review them for removal when no longer needed. Encrypted recovery backups may retain an earlier copy until their retention period ends.

Email confirmations

We send a confirmation to the email address you provide and notify the site owner when a request is saved. Google Workspace processes this transactional email. Owner notifications link to the private request; your optional workflow notes stay in the administrator area. Replies go to [email protected]. A delivery issue does not remove your saved request.
